Booking Terms:

All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee at time of booking.
The Prince Akatoki London reserves the right to pre-authorise the provided card at time of booking for stays of five nights or more, and closer to arrival for all others.
In light of the current Swift system sanctions on Russia’s banking institutions, we are unable to accept as a guarantee or payment method Russian Credit, Debit or Virtual Cards, Russian currency or transfers from Russian entities.

Tax Policy:
All rates and prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Consumptions in Restaurant TOKii, The Malt Bar and Lounge and In Room Dining are subject to a 12.5% service charge.
In Room Dining Menu and services are liable of Tray Charges.

Cancellation, Amendment and Non Arrival Policy:
We are holding the reservation on a guaranteed basis.
In case of total or partial cancellation or amendment please contact the hotel or use your Manage My Booking section of the website before 12pm GMT 2 (two) days prior to the date of arrival for bookings of up to seven nights and 12pm GMT 3 (three) days prior to the arrival date for bookings of seven nights or more to avoid a cancellation, amendment or non arrival penalty equivalent to the rate on the first night, including applicable taxes.
