The Prince Akatoki London (“Promoter”) is running a giveaway (the “Book. Stay. Win.”) offering a luxury getaway at the hotel (worth up to £2,500) to one (1) winner from 00:00 GMT on 8 January 2024 until 23:59 GMT on 1 April 2024. To enter the Giveaway, the entrant must be 18 years of age or older on the date of entry. Book a room directly with The Prince Akatoki London via the hotel’s website, phone, email, or in-house during the booking period from 8 January 2024 to 1 April 2024 (inclusive). Stay at the hotel between 8 January 2024 and 1 April 2024 (inclusive). Bookings made through third-party websites or travel agents are not eligible. Existing direct bookings made during the booking period will automatically be entered into the Giveaway. The Prize consists of: one (1) night stay in a Deluxe or Executive Room at The Prince Akatoki London (subject to availability, blackout dates apply), (1) one rejuvenating massage for two, 1 (one) guided yoga session for two, one (1) dinner for two at TOKii Restaurant worth £200 credit. The total value of the Prize is up to £2,500. The prize does not include travel costs to and from the hotel and the promoter takes no responsibility for the costs incurred. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. The winner will be selected at random on 4 April 2024 from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email and phone within 7 days of the draw. The winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize within 14 days of notification. If the winner does not claim the Prize within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn. The winner is responsible for any taxes or other liabilities arising from the acceptance or use of the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Entries will be disqualified if they are found to be fraudulent or attempts to manipulate the selection process. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or expense incurred as a result of entering or participating in the Giveaway.
