Booking Terms:

Guarantee Policy:
All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee/payment at time of booking.
The Prince Akatoki London reserves the right to charge the provided card for the full amount due, respective to the Reservation and Add-Ons purchased, at time of booking.
In light of the current Swift system sanctions on Russia’s banking institutions, we are unable to accept as a guarantee or payment method Russian Credit, Debit or Virtual Cards, Russian currency or transfers from Russian entities.

Tax Policy:
All rates and prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Consumptions in Restaurant TOKii, The Malt Bar and Lounge and In Room Dining are subject to a 12.5% service charge.
In Room Dining Menu and services are liable of Tray Charges.

Cancellation, Amendment and Non Arrival Policy:
We are holding the reservation on a prepaid basis.

Up to two amendments requested before the stated deadline can be accepted free of charge, subject to availability of the offer on the newly chosen dates.
